Guava Chia Pudding
For this first post, I will be staying true to my main theme of foods that have been helping me. I truly did not know that food could play such a huge role in reducing inflammation and reducing allergic reactions in the body. I have been eating organic Whole Foods for the past 12 years, but there are certain foods that are more effective than others in reducing inflammation and allergies. I have had several allergic reactions over my lifetime. I am allergic to bee stings and allergic to some essential oils. None of my other family members has exhibited the same symptoms, therefore, that leads me to believe that I must have accumulated a lot of allergy hormones over the years. It would have been nice to learn all of this when I was younger so I wouldn't have had to experience so many allergic reactions. When Covid came along, it decided to stay with Covid Long and since inflammatory response is the main symptom, it brought with it allergic reactions. I still can't believe the swelling in my face disappeared in one week after changing my diet.
Today, I am sharing my very first video of one of my favorite chia puddings, Guava Chia Pudding. I will be sharing other chia puddings in the future. Guavas are very abundant in Hawaii and since we are slowly leaving summer behind, there are still a few days left for guavas. If you do not live in Hawaii, you may be able to find them for sale online. Amazon sometimes has and Walmart had them for sale online at the time that I posted this video vlog post. Guavas have more vitamin C than oranges, they are not as acidic, they have a lot of fiber to keep toxins moving out of the body. I hope you will try out many of my foods and comment sharing your experience. I hope if you have Covid 19 or Covid Long that you will find relief in many of these foods and share your experience. No matter what your current experience, if you have been lead to my blog, there is something you are meant to see or learn or hear. I hope you will feel safe and comfortable sharing your experience in the comments. Aloha Plenty ❤️ Maka
