How to relax . . .
Tonight, I am sharing one of my favorite music videos on Youtube. Anyone who knows me, knows I love relaxing in many different ways. I find it especially helpful when I am experiencing anxiety or insomnia. For me, both insomnia and anxiety came right along with Covid 19. There's nothing quite like being exhausted, having a fever, feeling chills but being wide awake at night.
I knocked myself out at night a lot when I had Covid but I also listened to a lot of meditations and fell asleep to them. Other than knocking myself out, it was the only way I could fall asleep. And sometimes, I had to use a combination of both. I hope if you are experiencing anxiety or insomnia that this video will be of some relief to you. I also find it soothing when I am doing homework or studying. No matter what your current experience, if you have been lead to my blog, there is something you are meant to see or learn or hear.
